Prohibited uses and content guidelines for FunShot's AI image generation platform.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of FunShot (the "Service"), an AI-powered product photo generation platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. FunShot reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time and will notify users of material changes.

2. Prohibited Content Generation

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any content that:

• Depicts nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including implied or partial nudity
• Contains explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
• Promotes or depicts violence, self-harm, or cruelty
• Constitutes hate speech or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Depicts or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Depicts or promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Contains deepfakes, face-swaps, or any form of non-consensual image manipulation

3. Prohibited Use of the Service

You may not use the Service to:

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent content moderation systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Attempt to access another user's account or generated content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

4. Marketing and Branding Restrictions

When referencing or marketing FunShot, you may not:

• Use terms such as "uncensored," "no filter," "NSFW," "18+," "unfiltered generation," or similar language
• Display gallery or showcase content featuring suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material
• Imply affiliation with or endorsement by any AI model creators

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload and generate using the Service
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload

6. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in, at FunShot's sole discretion:

• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent account termination and ban
• Forfeiture of any unused credits or subscription fees
• Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law

FunShot reserves the right to review generated content for compliance with this AUP and to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
